✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Clean driving record
✔ Background check (no violent or sexual offenses)
✔ CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
✔ Prior NEMT experience preferred but not required
⭐ Vehicle Requirements
✔ Clean and well-maintained vehicle
✔ Valid insurance (NEMT/commercial when applicable)
✔ Vehicle registration
✔ ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible vehicle (if providing WC trips)
✔ Proper wheelchair tie-downs and safety restraints
✔ Working heat/AC
✔ No strong odors or smoke smells

✔ Proof of commercial/NEMT insurance
✔ Ability to receive electronic payments
