We welcome both independent NEMT drivers and established NEMT companies who:

• Meet all safety and compliance requirements

⭐ Provider Requirements  

• Valid driver’s license 
• Clean driving record 
• Background check (no violent or sexual offenses) 
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred) 
• Prior NEMT experience preferred but not required
   

Vehicle Requirements

• Clean and well-maintained vehicle 
• Valid insurance (NEMT/commercial when applicable) 
• Vehicle registration 
• ADA-compliant wheelchair-accessible vehicle (if providing WC trips) 
• Proper wheelchair tie-downs and safety restraints 
• Working heat/AC 
• No strong odors or smoke smells
   

Business Requirements (If applicable)

• EIN (if operating as a business) 
• W-9 form 
• Proof of commercial/NEMT insurance 
• Ability to receive electronic payments 
• Smartphone with GPS and messaging capability
